I bought insurance..(it came out of my checking account on Friday) Well I got pulled over Saturday because I hadn't gotten my tag yet (had my bill of sale with me) and when he went to look up if I had insurance on it by searching the VIN (State Farm failed to fax me the binder like they were supposed to on Friday and they wouldn't even call me back) and it showed up that I had no insurance which is BS because I bought it.. So they towed it and I got a ticket. I just want to know who's responsible if it's scratched or been dropped..?
